Active and Passive Programs

Active and Passive Programs refer to our level of involvement in the corporate fitness solution for your company. Active components may include services such as staff massage, group fitness, monthly challenges or fitness testing. Passive components may include products, services or changes such as the Health Board, Newsletters, company directed walking groups, Treat Tuesdays, workplace gym setup or changes to working schedule to allow for exercise breaks during the day.

Generally programs will contain a mix of both Active and Passive components, suiting the company's time commitment, goals and budget.
