6 Week Icebreaker Series
The Program
The Rundown:
Sessions will be run once a week for between 60 and 90 minutes. The main objective of these sessions is to develop cohesion amongst the group, increasing effectiveness and motivation of individuals as part of a group in their work environment through the use of team building exercises.

Session 1: Icebreakers and basic team work
Session 2: Gym circuit
Session 3: Group adventure initiative tasks
Session 4: Obstacle course

Participant Learning Outcomes
- Fun and enjoyment through an introduction to the program
- Explore the uses and roles of various forms of communication in pairs and small groups
- Use problem solving and negotiation skills to overcome challenges presented in activities.
- Begin to develop trust and cohesion amongst members of the group
The 6 week Icebreaker Series is an affordable entry into the world of Corporate Fitness. The six week period minimizes disturbances in the workplace and allows for some positive changes to begin to occur.
