Getting started can be the most difficult time in any new regime. Your mind and body is comfortable with old habits and resists change and often, it is easier to 'do it tomorrow.' We may know the frustration of undertaking something new and trying our best, yet failing at some point along the road, reaching impassable roadblocks or challenges we cannot overcome alone. These challenges may be internal; our self doubts, physical limitations, time restrictions or lack of education, or may be external factors; a negative surrounding environment or lack of support.

These factors can be summarized into an idea called the success triangle. A success triangle needs three sides in order to be complete. In health and fitness terms, these are Education, Motivation and Support. Success requires each of the sides to be connected in order for the shape to hold its form. If one or more sides are missing or incomplete, we will be limited in achieving our goals.

Our aim at Sustain Fitness is to help you develop your missing links and strive towards your goals.
